Phoenix Recovery Centers of Arkansas is a leading provider of sober and chem-free living environment for adult men and women recovering from alcohol abuse and substance addiction.
Admission is available for adult men and women between the ages of 18-60 years old. Violent criminals, sex offenders, and individuals with untreated mental disorders are not eligible for admission into Phoenix Recovery Centers. Race, religion, ethnicity are irrelevant to admission to the program.
12 Step Recovery Focused
Our program is centered on the 12 Step Recovery Program and providing clients with the support and structure they need to create and work their individual recovery plan. At Phoenix, our success is measured by the successful recovery of our clients. Supportive, Chemical Free Housing: Phoenix Recovery Center provides individuals with a home like setting with no more than 4 persons per unit. All units contain two bedrooms, kitchen, living area, and bathroom and are furnished with toilet tissue, paper towels, plates, cups, utensils, cleaning supplies, dining table, linens, and towels.
Clients are provided telephone access and laundry facilities. Phoenix provides housing for clients for a cost of $150 per week. Qualification for grants that will assist with the cost of living are discussed with each individual upon admission into the program.
Employment Assistance: Phoenix Recovery Center has a Job Center with employer contact information, and computer access for resume and job application assistance. Clients must obtain employment within 21 days of admission to Phoenix Recovery Center.
Transportation: Phoenix provides transportation services for the needs of clients such as transportation to local employment, 12 step meetings, and physician appointments, for a small cost.
12 Step Program Coordination: Phoenix requires all clients to work a 12-Step recovery program in addition to mandatory in-house meetings weekly. Clients are required to attend a minimum of 6 AA/NA/CA meetings each week if unemployed and a minimum of 3 per week after gaining employment. Numerous recovery related meetings are held on the Phoenix campus. Individual spiritual support is available to those individuals interested on a weekly basis.
Drug Screening: All clients are drug tested as part of the intake process. Residents are also subject to random drug screens and breathalyzers in order to keep the campus drug and alcohol free as well as enhance individual well being.
