Admission to Phoenix Recovery Center

Admissions

Admission is available for men and women between the ages of 18-60 years old. Race, religion, ethnicity are irrelevant to admission to the program. Violent criminals, sex offenders, and individuals with untreated mental disorders are not eligible for admission into Phoenix Recovery Center.

Qualification for grants or assistance for cost of living expenses are discussed with each individual upon admission into the program. Individuals who qualify for assistance under the Department of Community Corrections are not required to pay any deposits prior to or after admission into the program. Financial options may be discussed with the Executive Assistant.

The first step in the admission process at Phoenix Recovery Center is to complete a confidential application for admission. This application must be filled out only by the individual seeking residency at our facility and can be found by clicking the PDF icon in the right column.

DNS & DOC Approved

Phoenix Recovery Centers are approved by the Department of Human Services Access to Recovery, and the Department of Community Corrections.
